Handle incoming leads via phone calls, emails, and digital platforms (portals, social media, etc.).
Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and buying intent.
Engage with prospective buyers to understand their requirements and provide relevant project details.
Schedule site visits and ensure timely follow-up with clients to drive walk-ins.
Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate records of interactions and status.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align lead flow with ongoing campaigns and offers.
Provide virtual tours or initial presentations about the property, amenities, pricing, and other USPs.
Build a strong rapport with customers and assist in nurturing relationships to support conversion.
Share regular feedback from clients with internal teams to improve marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a presales, telesales, or customer service role in the real estate sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of the real estate market and buyer behavior.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management platforms.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with real estate CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Real Estate ERP systems.
Familiarity with property portals (e.g., 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com).
Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
