The Pre-Sales Executive connects with potential clients, understands their requirements, and collaborates with the design and sales teams to convert leads into successful projects.
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and manage client inquiries via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand client needs, budgets, and project scopes.
- Present company services, design concepts, and proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with designers and sales teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Organize site visits, meetings, and follow-ups to close deals.
- Track leads and client interactions in the Excel spreadsheet
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in pre-sales or client-facing roles (Interior Design and Real Estate field only).
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
