Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification:
Connect with incoming leads via phone, email, or walk-ins to assess interest and eligibility.
Client Interaction:
Understand client needs, provide detailed information about available projects, and suggest suitable properties.
Project Knowledge:
Stay updated with project specifications, pricing, payment plans, amenities, legalities, and surrounding infrastructure.
Follow-ups:
Conduct timely follow-ups to keep prospects engaged and move them along the sales funnel.
Site Visit Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyers and the sales team.
CRM Management:
Log all client interactions, updates, and status into CRM systems to maintain lead tracking and conversion metrics.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship teams to ensure smooth lead handover and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
2-6 years of experience in pre-sales, tele-calling, or customer service (Real estate experience is a plus).
Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
