To attend to all customers enquiries( Inbound and Outbound) and provide
project information and required details as per the requirements of the client.
Outbound - Analyse the customer requirements even before initiating the
conversation.
Qualify and update all the leads appropriately in Salesforce with required
information.
To execute daily outbound calls as per the set target provided
Proactively communicate with the customers to build rapport, send project
details via email, whatsapp & for review/ feedback.
To probe & share maximum client information with Sales Manger ensuring
successful site visit & conversion
Update product knowledge in coordination with site offices on the project
progress
Understanding of the Real Estate industry & the current competition
Achieve the set targets.
Provide accurate and timely reports, to monitor daily activities and KPI's.
Understand and implement the quality parameters to deliver a high quality
customer service.
Enhance the competencies required by attending expos & events.
Gain knowledge of all projects and competition.
Take up additional responsibilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
