Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Email & LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to generate qualified leads through targeted outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance optimization, especially for international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing (Lead Generation)
Plan, execute, and optimize cold and warm email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Build and manage email lists.
Write and test high-conversion email copies (subject lines, CTAs, follow-ups).
Ensure compliance with email best practices (spam rules, deliverability, warm-up).
Track campaign performance: open rates, reply rates, conversions.
LinkedIn Marketing & Outreach
Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Identify target decision-makers (Founders, CMOs, Marketing Heads, CTOs).
Personalize connection requests and follow-up messages.
Manage LinkedIn inbox conversations and qualify prospects.
Coordinate with sales/BDM team for lead handover.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience targeting US, UK, Europe, or Middle East markets
Knowledge of IT services (Web, App, SEO, Digital Marketing)
