Research and identify potential clients (developers, architects, consultants, contractors) through market intelligence, online portals, industry databases, and references.
Understand upcoming and ongoing real estate projects (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.).
Create and maintain a qualified lead database by geography, segment, and potential.
Initiate contact with key decision-makers via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and follow-ups.
Fix and schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the relevant sales/account manager.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions, follow-ups, and status updates in the CRM system.
