Job Description

Job Title: Presales Executive (WFO)



Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential leads to promote e-Learning (BrightChamps' EdTech platform) and schedule demo classes. Handle outbound calls, providing information and resolving queries about demo sessions. Build rapport with leads, and guiding them through onboarding and enrollment for a smooth experience. Schedule demo classes based on lead preferences and ensure timely follow-ups & rescheduling. Accurately document all interactions, feedback, and requirements in the CRM system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction, sharing insights to enhance internal processes.

Requirements:



Strong command of English (both spoken and written). Willing to work flexible 9 -hour shifts Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Basic proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems. Preferred candidate from Edtech / Sales / Promotion Background but is not mandatory.

Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday's Off)
