Job Summary:
Presales Executive will support the sales team by handling leads, qualifying prospects, coordinating site visits, sharing proposals, and ensuring smooth conversion from inquiry to closure in a coworking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads, outbound calls & walk-ins
Lead qualification based on team size, budget & requirements
Conduct discovery calls and schedule site tours
Explain coworking offerings (hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, meeting rooms)
Prepare proposals & coordinate with sales and operations teams
Ensure regular follow-ups and CRM updates
Support sales closures and handover for onboarding
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Coworking / flexible workspace experience is a plus
Strong communication & customer-handling skills
Hands-on presales & calling experience
Familiar with CRM tools
Male candidate required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
