Job Summary:
The Presales Executive will be responsible for managing incoming leads, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion. The role involves engaging with potential customers, nurturing relationships, and providing detailed information about projects to assist the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients.
Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns and online platforms.
Explain project details, pricing, and features to prospective customers.
Maintain an updated database of leads and client interactions in CRM systems.
Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA in Marketing or Real Estate preferred).
1-3 years of experience in presales, customer handling, or telesales (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of sales funnels and lead management.
