Responsibilities:
Call and engage with potential clients from the company's lead database.
Explain our end-to-end home construction and interior services.
Fix appointments and ensure clients visit the office for discussions.
Follow up with clients after meetings to encourage revisits and conversions.
Maintain detailed records of calls, appointments, and feedback.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
Experience in telecalling, presales, or customer handling (real estate or construction preferred).
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
