About the Role:


Robinson Homes is hiring a

Presales Executive

to manage inbound leads, engage potential customers, and bring them to our Experience Center for detailed discussions with our Managing Director. The role requires strong communication, persistence, and a passion for converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Responsibilities:



Call and engage with potential clients from the company's lead database. Explain our end-to-end home construction and interior services. Fix appointments and ensure clients visit the office for discussions. Follow up with clients after meetings to encourage revisits and conversions. Maintain detailed records of calls, appointments, and feedback.

Requirements:



Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English. Experience in telecalling, presales, or customer handling (real estate or construction preferred). Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
