We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive who can convert high-intent inbound leads into scheduled product demos. The role involves consultative conversations, understanding customer needs, explaining product features, consistent follow-ups, and managing a large lead database. Your goal: warm the lead, persuade, and convert.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to qualified leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels
Conduct consultative conversations to understand customer requirements
Explain product features and technology in simple terms
Convert leads into confirmed demo bookings
Make 100+ outreach attempts per day across different lead types
Maintain CRM discipline and track all interactions
Handle new inquiries and older leads simultaneously
Coordinate demo schedules with internal teams
Share customer feedback with sales & product teams
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi; Gujarati preferred
Strong persuasion & rapport-building abilities
Ability to simplify technical concepts
High follow-up consistency & lead management strength
Experience with calling, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools
Patience, adaptability & situational communication skills
Ideal Candidate Profile
0.6-2 years of experience in pre-sales, customer support, tele-calling, or lead generation
Quick thinker, confident speaker, comfortable with technical products
Highly motivated to handle heavy lead volumes and deliver conversions
