who can confidently
handle inbound and outbound calls
,
convert leads into paid consultations
, and work closely with the sales team to
close deals
for immigration.
You will be the
first point of contact
for potential clients -- so strong communication, convincing power, and follow-up discipline are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Make
daily outbound calls
to potential leads generated from campaigns, website, and social media
Explain immigration and visa services (PR, Buisness visa, work visa, consultation booking, etc.)
Convince clients
to book paid consultations with expert consultants/MARA agents
Follow up regularly with cold, warm, and hot leads via call, WhatsApp, or email
Update lead status and notes clearly in the CRM
Coordinate with counsellors and team to track follow-ups and conversions
Work with urgency to
Maintain high-quality client communication and professionalism
Targets & KPIs:
20+ consultations booked per week
(depending on lead flow)
Focused on
closing leads into paying clients
Direct contribution to
monthly revenue generation
Required Skills:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in
telecalling / inside sales
(Immigration industry preferred)
Strong verbal communication in
English.
Excellent
convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections and close confidently
Basic computer knowledge, experience with CRM systems preferred
