Role Overview:
The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, nurturing leads, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating between marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless lead conversion process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound inquiries generated through digital campaigns, calls, and walk-ins.
Contact and qualify potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Provide detailed information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer data in CRM or Excel sheets.
Ensure prompt and professional communication with clients at all times.
Follow up with leads regularly to convert interest into bookings.
Assist in organizing project events, customer meetings, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead flow and feedback on campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
1-4 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer service (real estate preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
Confident personality with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media communication.
Pleasant voice and professional grooming preferred.
