Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and articulate Pre-Sales Executive who will be the first point of contact for prospective customers. The role focuses on outbound and inbound calling, providing first-hand project information, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from prospective customers Share accurate first-hand information about projects, pricing, location, amenities, and buying process Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and purchase intent Maintain detailed call records and update CRM on a daily basis Schedule site visits and coordinate handover of qualified leads to the sales team Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture prospects and improve conversion ratios Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign-wise calling and feedback
Required Skills and Experience

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia Proven experience with reputed real estate developers in Bhubaneswar Strong convincing ability and interpersonal skills Pleasing personality with an outspoken, confident, and talkative nature Ability to handle customer objections and queries professionally Good working knowledge of CRM systems and calling workflows

3-5 years of relevant experience

in real estate pre-sales or telecalling roles
Additional Advantage

Strong connections or network within corporate organizations and government sector companies will be an added advantage
Compensation

Salary range: 15000 to 25000 per month Incentives: Target-based performance incentives over and above fixed salary
