Handle incoming leads and inquiries through calls, emails, and online platforms
Explain project details and offerings to potential clients
Schedule and coordinate client site visits
Maintain a strong follow-up system and ensure timely communication with clients
Manage and update CRM with accurate data
Support the sales team in closing deals by setting up quality appointments
Maintain professional communication and build trust with potential buyers
Coordinate with marketing for lead campaigns and events
Candidate Profile:
Female candidates only (as per role requirement)
Graduate in any discipline
2-4 years of experience in real estate / tele calling / inside sales / pre-sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
Pleasant personality, confident on the phone, and customer-oriented
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
