Role Overview:



We are looking for a proactive and confident

Pre-Sales Executive

to handle incoming inquiries, understand client requirements, share suitable property options, schedule site visits, and maintain consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp leads & online inquiries Understand client needs (budget, location, BHK preference, timeline) Share appropriate property options from our inventory Coordinate & schedule site visits with clients and sales team Maintain regular follow-ups until the deal progresses Update all lead information and follow-up status in the CRM Support the sales team with client coordination and communication

Requirements:



Excellent communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English) Confident, polite, and customer-focused Ability to manage multiple leads at once Good knowledge of Ahmedabad real estate (preferred) Basic computer & WhatsApp skills Prior pre-sales/tele-calling experience is mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
