We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our pre-sales and day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with desk-based work along with occasional official travel and must possess strong communication skills and excellent proficiency in computer operations.
The role involves preparing cost estimations and quotations, providing pre-sales support, and handling professional letter and email drafting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, reports, and documentation, as well as assisting in the preparation of basic presentations when required. A strong command over MS Office, especially Excel, is essential for handling data, reports, and estimations efficiently.
The candidate should have working knowledge of the GeM portal and other government tender portals, including document handling, coordination, and basic compliance support. The position requires coordination with internal teams during client interactions and smooth handling of routine office and administrative tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational ability, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment are key requirements. The candidate must be a graduate in any discipline and willing to travel for official work as and when required.
