Job Description


Job Summary: As a Pre-Sales Executive in the Agrotech industry, your primary responsibility is to assist the sales team by identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective clients, providing product knowledge, and creating a bridge between the customer and the sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Identification: Identify and research potential clients within the agrotech industry. Use market analysis and lead generation techniques to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the agrotech solutions and services offered by the company. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and social networks. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand their specific needs and challenges.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments and gather essential information about the client\'s existing agrotech practices. Identify pain points and areas where the company\'s solutions can provide value.
  • Solution Presentation: Collaborate with the sales team to create customized product presentations and demonstrations tailored to each client\'s requirements. Highlight the benefits and ROI of the agrotech solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in creating compelling proposals and quotes, ensuring they align with the client\'s needs and budget constraints.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their decision-making processes and timelines. Maintain regular communication to keep them informed and engaged.
  • Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape. Provide insights to the sales and product development teams on market trends and competitor strengths and weaknesses.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate smooth transitions from pre-sales to the sales process. Ensure that all necessary information is transferred for closing deals.
  • Market Feedback: Gather feedback and insights from potential clients to help refine and improve the agrotech products and services.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or similar role, preferably within the agritech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of agrotech solutions and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Day range:
