Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
Handle inbound inquiries from multiple channels (calls, website, social media, walk-ins).
Make outbound calls to potential leads to understand requirements and share project details.
Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and buying timeline.
Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Customer Engagement
Present project features, amenities, pricing, and USPs to customers.
Arrange and coordinate
site visits
, ensuring smooth customer experience.
Build rapport with prospects to boost trust and engagement.
Share brochures, floor plans, videos, and relevant project collateral.
Support to Sales Team
Schedule meetings for sales managers with qualified customers.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead updates and closure follow-ups.
Track lead status until conversion and update management dashboards regularly.
Market & Competitor Awareness
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor offerings.
Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve sales performance.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi).
Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities.
Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of real estate sales cycle (preferred).

Educational Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate (Any stream)
Real estate sales/presales experience is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
