Convincing customers on projects and scheduling the meeting with the sales team and arranging the site visit. Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with clients & explain about sites. Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the company\'s properties and their features and benefits Assist potential clients with the pre-sales process, including providing information about properties, pricing, and financing options Guide clients through site visits, providing them with a detailed tour of the properties Address any inquiries or concerns that clients may have, providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions Ensure that all pre-sales activities are performed in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market in Bangalore Qualification / Education And Other Requirements Education- Graduate/Post Graduate.
