Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Executives to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with potential leads, generate new business opportunities, and support the sales team by identifying client needs and presenting our platform solutions.
You will be thefirst point of contact for clients, so excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and online
research.
Communicate with leads to understand their requirements and qualify them for the
sales team.
Present Eventbazaar.com's platform features, benefits, and solutions effectively to
potential customers.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close opportunities.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and conversions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
Proven experience in pre-sales, business development, or inside sales (preferably in
IT / SaaS / Event Tech industry).
Confidence in conducting cold calls and client conversations.
Basic understanding of digital platforms, CRMs, and event technology is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Prior experience in event management, IT sales, or B2B platforms will be an added
advantage.
