  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interest.
  • Educate prospects about the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Set appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and appointment quotas.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while adhering to ethical telemarketing practices.

Qualifications and Skillsets:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools.
  • Previous experience in outbound telemarketing or sales is a plus.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any discipline
