Role Overview

We're hiring an experienced

Presales Engineer

to work with our cybersecurity sales team in delivering advanced, customized, and secure technical solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and propose tailored cybersecurity solutions. Conduct

product demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs)

, and presentations to demonstrate solution value. Prepare

RFP/RFI responses

, solution architectures, and detailed technical documentation. Support

sales discussions

with technical justifications and scope of work documents. Build trusted relationships with

CISOs, CIOs, and customer IT teams

. Work with

OEMs and channel partners

to design and deliver end-to-end security solutions. Stay updated on

emerging cybersecurity technologies and frameworks

(ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, RBI, HIPAA). Conduct internal sessions and training to enhance team solution awareness.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics (MBA is a plus).

3-7 years

of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles. Strong technical knowledge of

SOC, SIEM, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Firewalls, and Identity Management

. Experience working with OEMs such as

Palo Alto, Fortinet, Netskope, Cynet

, etc. Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills. Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
