Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
Participate in client meetings, calls, and discussions to clarify technical queries.
Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments when required.
Liaise with internal teams (engineering, project, procurement, etc.) to ensure proposed solutions are practical and cost-effective.
Provide product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution walkthroughs for prospective clients.
Support the sales process by responding to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders with accurate technical documentation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
Assist in preparing BOMs (Bill of Materials), cost estimations, and solution designs.
Provide post-sales support during project handover to ensure smooth transition to the implementation team.
