Job Summary

Seeking a

Presales Engineer

with strong expertise in

IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, networking, and cybersecurity

. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements, designing end-to-end technical solutions, and supporting the sales team throughout the presales lifecycle to win new business.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with sales and business development teams to understand customer technical and business requirements Design and propose

end-to-end IT solutions

including: Cloud (AWS / Azure / Hybrid) Networking (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN) Cybersecurity (Firewall, Endpoint, Email, SOC, IAM) Servers, storage, virtualization, and data center solutions Conduct technical discussions, solution walkthroughs, and product demonstrations with customers Prepare

technical proposals, solution architecture diagrams, BOMs, and cost estimates

Respond to

RFPs, RFQs, and tenders

with detailed technical inputs Work with OEMs and partners for solution design, pricing, and compliance Act as a technical advisor to customers, ensuring solutions align with best practices and scalability Support proof of concepts (POCs) and pilots when required Coordinate with delivery and support teams for smooth project handover post-closure
Required Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of

IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions

Hands-on knowledge of: Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure Networking: Routing, Switching, VPN, Firewalls Security solutions: Network security, Endpoint security, Cloud security Experience in a

Presales / Solution Engineer / Technical Consultant

role Ability to translate customer pain points into technical solutions Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills Experience interacting with enterprise and mid-market customers
Preferred Skills

OEM exposure (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, Microsoft, AWS, VMware, etc.) Certifications such as

CCNA, Azure/AWS, Security certifications

Experience with MSP or System Integrator environments Knowledge of ITIL processes and service delivery models
