Presales and Lead Qualification Specialist - Interior Design

Job Summary:



We seek a motivated and client-focused Presales and Lead Qualification Specialist to join our growing interior design team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a key role in identifying their needs, qualifying leads, and supporting the design sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from the first inquiry to handover.

Key Responsibilities:Lead Qualification & Initial Contact



Respond promptly to inbound leads from web, social media, phone calls, and referrals. Engage potential clients to understand their design needs, budget, and project timelines. Use structured qualification criteria (location, budget, project scope, etc.) to assess lead quality. Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.

Presales Support



Schedule consultations or site visits for senior designers or sales consultants. Provide prospective clients with initial company information, style guides, and portfolio samples. Coordinate basic design briefs and help match prospects with appropriate design solutions or teams. Support proposal preparation and early-stage estimates, where applicable.

Collaboration & Process Management



Work closely with marketing to align lead generation campaigns with sales goals. Collaborate with the design team to ensure qualified leads are handed off effectively and are properly briefed. Offer insights from lead interactions to help improve service offerings, sales scripts, and onboarding experience.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in interior design, architecture, real estate, or high-end home services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). Passion for design, aesthetics, and customer experience.

Nice to Have:



Background or training in interior design or a creative field. Experience working in a design studio, home renovation, or related industries. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
