Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a

Presales & Digital Marketing Executive

. The ideal candidate will play a dual role -- driving digital marketing efforts and supporting the sales team in lead qualification and client engagement. This is a great opportunity to grow in the interior design industry with exposure to both marketing and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:Presales:

Handle inbound leads generated through various marketing channels. Communicate with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for design consultations. Maintain CRM or lead trackers to ensure timely follow-up. Coordinate with sales/design teams for smooth client handover.

Digital Marketing:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (organic + paid). Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Create basic creatives/posts using Canva or similar tools. Handle SEO and SEM (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) - knowledge is a plus. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics. Coordinate with external digital partners if required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Any graduate (Marketing, Design, or Business background preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms. Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools. Creative mindset with an interest in interiors & design trends.
