We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Customer Care Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers, handling initial inquiries, and supporting the sales team with follow-ups and lead management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally.
Follow up with leads and maintain continuous engagement.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales or counselling team.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status in the CRM software.
Collaborate with the sales, counselling, and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
Explain basic product/service features to prospects and address initial queries.
Ensure timely communication and excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer support.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up schedules.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
Bonus if you have:
Experience in the education/edtech/banking/real-estate or training industry
Prior experience in scheduling demo sessions or handling B2C/B2B sales pipeline
