Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and well-spoken

Pre-Sales Coordinator

to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing sales productivity by handling client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales managers with timely follow-ups and coordination. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to site visit and ultimately assisting in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming leads via phone, email, and online platforms. Qualify leads and schedule client meetings and site visits with the Sales Manager. Coordinate between clients and Sales Team to ensure timely follow-ups and meeting confirmations. Maintain and update the CRM with lead status, feedback, and activity logs. Provide project information, pricing, and availability to potential buyers. Ensure pre-sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Act as a support system for the Sales Managers to enhance their efficiency and conversion rates.

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred). Minimum

3 months of experience

in Real Estate or a customer-facing sales support role. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written). Strong interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up abilities. Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office. Professional attitude and a customer-first approach.
