Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Consultant, based in Hyderabad. The Presales Consultant will analyze customer requirements, identify appropriate solutions, and collaborate closely with the sales team to design and propose tailored Zoho solutions. Responsibilities include conducting presentations, preparing proposals, and providing product demonstrations. The role also involves gathering feedback to refine solution offerings and ensuring the alignment of recommendations with client objectives.
Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency in Analytical Skills and Consulting to evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Experience in Sales and Presales processes, including effectively communicating value propositions to stakeholders.
Knowledge of Project Management principles to ensure streamlined implementation and timely delivery of solutions.
Strong presentation and communication abilities to showcase solutions and align strategies with client business objectives.
Proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in an on-site team
Requirements
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be a self-starter and relentless in attitude
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
Fluency in English is essential
Excellent organization skills
Good listening skills
Must be detail oriented and inquisitive in order to be able to effectively capture requirements
5+ years' experience as a pre-sales consultant working with product/service organizations
Proven ability to multi task and prioritize under pressure
Should work closely with product and technical leads and take part in scope, estimation and Proposal Preparation.
Have prior experience in writing large proposals (ex: $500k to $5M)
Expertise in proactively creating opportunities and submitting proposals is a great plus
