Interact with parents and students through tele-calling and counseling sessions.
Enroll students into suitable online or offline learning programs based on their requirements.
Achieve weekly enrollment targets and other key deliverables.
Follow up on leads generated through various channels and maintain accurate records.
Manage and update the student/lead database efficiently.
Convert assigned leads into successful enrollments through outbound, inbound, and follow-up calls.
Collaborate with team members to maximize conversions and achieve sales goals.
Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents.
Utilize CRM software and other digital tools to track leads and optimize student engagement.
Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
0-5 years of experience in
Business Development, Sales, or Counseling
roles.
Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
and CRM tools.
Familiarity with
social media platforms
and
email campaign tools
is an advantage.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining quality performance.
Quick learner with a growth-oriented and positive mindset.
