Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor IT service solutions to meet those needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and proposals.
Conduct requirement analysis, solution design, and scope definition for prospective clients.
Develop Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and solution prototypes when required.
Act as a technical expert in client meetings, addressing queries and providing consultative advice.
Work closely with delivery, engineering, and project management teams to ensure alignment between the proposed solution and delivery capabilities.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor services.
Assist in defining go-to-market strategies and service offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or related roles within the IT services industry.
Strong understanding of Digital Transformation, App Development, Enterprise Development, Managed IT services, and Digital Marketing
Excellent presentation skills, stakeholder mgt, communication, client-facing skills and documentation.
* Knowledge of proposal tools, CRM platforms and documentation tools.
