Key Responsibilities
Make 150+ outbound calls daily to prospective leads.
Explain project details clearly and persuasively to clients.
Generate interest, follow up, and schedule site visits/appointments.
Maintain lead data using CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure smooth meetings.
Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales/calling targets.
Maximize incentives through performance-based achievements.
Requirements
Excellent communication & client-convincing skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Prior experience in tele-calling/tele-sales preferred (Real Estate background is a plus).
Ability to manage high call volumes and strict sales targets.
