Position Summary
We are actively seeking a diligent and articulate Pre-Sales Executive to manage the initial phase of our client acquisition process. The incumbent will serve as the primary point of contact for potential investors and homebuyers, facilitating a seamless transition from initial inquiry to property viewing. This role requires a professional capable of managing high-volume communication with precision.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Lead Management:
Execute targeted outbound communication to qualify leads generated through property portals and marketing campaigns.
Client Consultation:
Handle inbound inquiries professionally, thoroughly assessing customer requirements to recommend suitable properties from our exclusive agency portfolio.
Portfolio Expertise:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of current listings, market pricing, and property features to provide accurate information to prospective buyers.
CRM Administration:
Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Coordination:
Facilitate the sales lifecycle by efficiently scheduling site visits and coordinating logistical details with the senior sales team.
Pipeline Discipline:
Demonstrate rigorous follow-up protocols to maximize lead conversion rates and ensure client retention.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Real Estate Agency Sales, Tele-calling, or Inside Sales.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Technical Proficiency:
Functional knowledge of CRM software and standard office applications.
Soft Skills:
Must possess a persuasive demeanor, resilience, and a client-centric mindset.
