Job Description

We are hiring a Presales Associate to handle client calls, maintain CRM database, and assist in scheduling visits & meetings. The role involves engaging with potential customers, providing project details, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth client interactions. Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English mandatory; regional language preferred). Strong persuasion and relationship-building ability. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries from potential customers. Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and benefits to prospective clients. Qualify leads and schedule site visits in coordination with the sales team. Maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture leads until conversion. Update and manage customer databases/CRM tools effectively. Provide accurate information to clients and resolve queries promptly. Support the sales team by ensuring smooth communication between client and developer.
