About the Role
We are hiring
Pre-Qualifying Executives
with an
IT educational background
who can quickly engage and qualify incoming leads. This role requires excellent
English communication skills (near-native fluency preferred)
, attention to detail, and the ability to assess lead potential.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to all incoming leads within
24 hours
to ensure timely engagement.
Conduct quick discovery calls/emails to understand customer requirements.
Qualify leads based on
Budget, Need, Urgency, and Authority
.
Update all findings, notes, and lead scores in the
CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
.
Assign qualification scores and hand over high-potential leads to the sales team.
Coordinate closely with Business Development Executives for smooth transitions.
Qualifications & Skills
Must hold a
degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
.
Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- near-native fluency is a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads effectively.
Performance Metrics
Timeliness of responses (within 24 hours).
Accuracy of CRM documentation.
Lead qualification rate.
Effectiveness of collaboration with sales team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
