basic preparation work, cleaning, washing, and maintaining hygiene
across the kitchen, service, and common areas to ensure smooth event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
basic food preparation
, cutting, or plating under supervision of kitchen staff.
Perform
cleaning and washing duties
including utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain
cleanliness in kitchen, pantry, and service areas
at all times.
Support
setup and breakdown
of dining and event areas before and after functions.
Dispose of waste properly and follow cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Refill water, beverages, and other supplies as directed by the supervisor.
Assist in
stock arrangement and delivery handling
.
Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth workflow during events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum education: 8th/10th pass or equivalent.
Prior experience in hotel, banquet, or catering setup preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Basic understanding of
hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards

Physically fit to handle cleaning, lifting, and moving tasks.
