Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and multi-skilled

Creative Media & Animation Faculty

to teach and mentor students across animation fundamentals, digital design, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in both conceptual and software-based instruction, with a solid foundation in visual storytelling and modern creative tools.

Location:

Kankurgachi, Kolkata (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

Teach and mentor students in digital art, 2D animation, video editing, motion graphics, sound design, and design principles Conduct theory and practical sessions with hands-on assignments Provide feedback and guidance on student projects and portfolios Stay updated with latest creative tools, AI innovations, and design trends Collaborate with academic and placement teams for student success Prepare students for studio-level expectations and creative challenges

Required Skill Set:

Strong foundation in art, design, cinematography, photography and storytelling Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (Digital Art & Design), Adobe Animate CC (2D Animation), Adobe After Effects (Motion Graphics), Adobe Premiere Pro (Video Editing), Adobe Audition (Sound Editing), Basic knowledge of DaVinci Resolve (Color Grading) Familiarity with generative AI tools for creative media (optional but a plus) Good communication and mentoring skills Ability to train students for competitive industry portfolios

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Design, Multimedia, or related field Minimum 2-3 years of industry or teaching experience Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant skills
