Job Summary:

Alans Academy is seeking a warm, energetic, and creative

Pre-Primary Tutor

for our

English Medium

early childhood education program. The tutor will engage children in foundational learning through fun, interactive, and structured activities, either in-person or through recorded sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-primary classes using child-friendly, English-medium instruction Introduce early learning concepts (alphabets, numbers, phonics, colors, shapes, etc.) Encourage communication, creativity, and curiosity through play-based methods Use stories, rhymes, and visual aids to make learning enjoyable Prepare materials for classroom and video-based sessions Collaborate with the academic team for structured lesson planning

Qualifications:

Montessori / Pre-primary / NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) certification preferred Prior experience in early childhood education is a plus Fluent in

English

with clear pronunciation and warm presentation skills Friendly, patient, and passionate about working with young children Comfortable teaching in a

studio or classroom environment

Salary:

Hourly or session-based pay

(Compensation based on experience and session format)
