Eligibility & Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in pre-primary/early childhood education
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well-versed in play-way and activity-based learning methods
Warm, patient, and child-friendly approach
Ability to create a safe, engaging, and joyful classroom environment
Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities
Support the overall development of children (academic, social, emotional)
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere
Observe, assess, and document children's progress
Collaborate effectively with parents and the school team
