Pre-Primary Teacher (Nursery to Prep)
Pre-Primary Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

For Pre-Primary Teachers:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons using playway and activity-based learning Teach phonics, early literacy, numeracy, and social skills Maintain a positive classroom environment with a 20:1 teacher-student ratio Support individual learning and developmental needs of children Communicate regularly with parents and school staff

For Pre-Primary Coordinator:

Manage and supervise the pre-primary section Ensure smooth academic functioning and curriculum implementation Mentor teachers and maintain teaching quality standards Coordinate with management and parents Monitor student progress and teacher performance

Requirements

:

Graduate / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (preferred) Relevant teaching or coordination experience Strong communication and classroom management skills Passion for early childhood education Leadership and organizational skills (for Coordinator role)
