Job Summary:

The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for nurturing and educating children aged 2.5 to 6 years by creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. The role focuses on early childhood development through play-based and structured learning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, music, art, and play Observe, assess, and document students' progress Maintain classroom discipline with positive guidance techniques Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development and progress Collaborate with other teachers and school staff Ensure children's health, hygiene, and safety at all times Participate in school events, training sessions, and meetings
