Job Description

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Mother Teacher for our Playway Class (ages 2.5 to 4 years). The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, a nurturing demeanor, and the ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment. The Mother Teacher will play a key role in shaping the foundational experiences of our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct age-appropriate, play-based activities to promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment. Monitor and support each child's progress, ensuring their well-being and happiness. Foster positive behavior and social skills through interactive play and group activities. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and daily activities. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Maintain classroom hygiene and ensure a safe space for children at all times.

Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT, ECCE, or equivalent). Prior experience working with young children in a playway or preschool setting. Patience, creativity, and a love for working with children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of child development principles.
