JD for a Pre-Primary Teacher

Responsibilities:

Inspire children to communicate with each other in a friendly manner. Provide examples in peaceful resolving of arguments. Employ various educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children. Evaluate students' academic and social growth, keep appropriate records, and prepare progress reports. Observing each child help them improve their social competencies and build self- esteem. Encourage children to interact with each other. Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (e.g., identifying shapes, numbers, or colours, doing crafts, etc.). Collaborate with educators on the planners and activities. School decoration on Occasions and display boards will be updated occasionally.

Requirement:

Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods. Good understanding of child development and educational methods. Excellent communication skills. A balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen. A Bachelor's degree with an NTT course is mandatory.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
