Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons covering

language, numeracy, EVS, art & craft, music, rhymes, and physical activities

. Foster cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skill development in young children. Create a joyful, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. Use

play-way, activity-based, and experiential learning methods

. Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and developmental milestones. Encourage good habits, values, discipline, and social skills. Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress and concerns. Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and learning materials. Support school events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities. Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards. Follow school policies, curriculum guidelines, and child safety norms.

Qualifications

Graduate with B.Ed. (Completed or Pursuing) - Mandatory
