Job Profile: Pre-Primary Waldorf Teacher

(Starting November 2025)

- A deep love, respect, and patience for young children, with the ability to hold a calm and nurturing presence.

- Genuine interest in arts, music, movement, and storytelling as part of everyday classroom life.

- Proficient in both Hindi and English, able to engage children warmly in both languages.

- Committed to creating a safe, joyful, and rhythmical environment that supports imagination and inner calm.

- Believes in hands-on, experiential learning and allowing children to learn at their own natural pace.

- Enjoys creating and maintaining an aesthetic and orderly classroom space that feels like a second home to children.

- Brings a self-motivated, curious, and reflective approach to teaching and learning.

- Comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to shared festivals and school events.

- Communicates openly and kindly with parents, and is willing to build trusting parent-teacher relationships.

- Willing to grow with the school and its vision -- learning and evolving as part of a Waldorf team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
