The Role: As a Pre-Primary School Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our pre-primary program. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pre-primary division. Providing guidance and support to teachers and staff. Collaborating with teachers to create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans. Monitoring and assessing student progress and implementing improvement strategies. Fostering a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment.
What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you should possess:

A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Proven experience as a pre-primary educator. Strong leadership and communication skills. A deep understanding of child development and pedagogy. A passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning. Command over English is a must. Must possess NTT Degree.
