Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Primary Teacher at Ujjain Public School. The Pre-Primary Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning and curriculum development that aligns with the Early Childhood Education program. Additionally, the Pre-Primary Teacher will be responsible for effective communication with parents, guardians and colleagues on the progress of the students. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for managing a class of pre-primary students to ensure their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Qualifications B.Ed Degree or D.El.Ed Degree is required Experience teaching in a primary school for at least 2 years Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of current teaching practices including NEP and NCF and instructional strategies Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that align with curriculum standards Experience and knowledge of using technology in the classroom Effective classroom management skills Patience, compassion, and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students Fluency in English and Hindi
