Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Pre-Primary Teachers who are passionate about early childhood education. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, stimulating, and engaging classroom environment that supports the overall development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with the curriculum. Foster a joyful and inclusive classroom environment to promote curiosity and creativity. Monitor and assess students' progress and provide individual attention where necessary. Develop and maintain effective communication with parents to share updates on their child's progress. Encourage positive behavior and instill values such as teamwork, empathy, and respect. Create and use teaching aids, storytelling, art, and play-based methods to enhance learning. Ensure a safe, hygienic, and organized classroom environment. Collaborate with colleagues to organize events, activities, and celebrations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or equivalent. Prior experience in teaching pre-primary classes is preferred. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Patience, creativity, and a warm, nurturing personality. Knowledge of child development and modern teaching methodologies. Ability to manage a classroom and address the needs of individual learners.
