Pre-Primary Home Room Teacher

Qualification:

Any graduate or plus 2 with relevant certification in pre-primary/ Montessori. The certification is mandatory.

Experience:

Min 4-5yrs experience in CBSE/ International Schools

Salary/ Remuneration:

Rs. 20,000 to 27,000. (Commensurate with experience and qualification)

Academic Requirements:

1.

Creating a safe environment

Teachers will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for children. This includes establishing rules, ensuring children follow safety guidelines, and adhering to health and sanitation procedures.

2.

Developing social skills

Teachers should help children develop social skills by encouraging them to interact with each other.

3.

Supporting academic learning

Teachers should lay the foundation for academic learning by providing tools and resources, adapting teaching methods, and tracking children's progress.

4.

Communicating with parents

Teachers should communicate with parents to build trust and cooperation, and to learn more about the children.

5.

Serving as a role model

Teachers will be role models who help children develop good values, morals, and habits.

6.

Managing the classroom

Teachers should manage classroom activities, including lessons, play, breaks, and meals. They also maintain a clean and tidy classroom.

7.

Collaborating with others

Teachers should collaborate with teaching assistants, nursery nurses, and volunteer helpers to plan and coordinate work.

Other Requirements:

1. Only Female teachers are required.

2. Must have pleasant personality

3. Excellent communication skills.

4. Fluency in English is a must

5. Adaptability to new methods.

6. Should have working knowledge in MS-Office and able to generate question papers.
